TURNAROUND TIMES:

Orders generally leave our studio within five (5) business days. At high volume times (such as the holidays), shipping times may be longer. Time to get to you will be studio turnaround + shipping time.

Shipping

All shirts ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. These will typically be delivered in 2-5 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking data when your order is on its way.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Flat rate shipping will apply to all orders at $7.00.

Once you spend $75, shipping will be free. (Please note that you will need to select the Free Shipping option from the Shipping Menu at Checkout).

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada. Should you need shipping to another country, please contact us first at lisa@districtlineco.com.

Out of Stock Items

We do our best to keep all size and color variations in stock, but sometimes our inventory gets wiped out quickly. Please feel free to email us on our Contact Us page for an expected restock date or check back to our website.

Returns & Exchanges

We want each customer to love their purchase. If you have an issue with your order please notify us asap and we will do everything we can to make it right. If you need to exchange for a different size, we are happy to do this so long as your shirt has not been worn or washed. Please use our Contact Us page if you need an exchange.

Clearance/Sale Items

Because of limited inventory during clearance events, all clearance and sale items are final sale. No exchanges or requests for store credit will be issued.
